Inspired by the iconic 1927 lamp design by Donald Deskey, a product of the Roaring Twenties’ Machine Age optimism, the ART LITE mini™ ALM-D100 is a 2/3 scale tribute to this striking design, with every detail reflecting the geometric elegance, vertical dynamism, and retro-futuristic sophistication of early modern Art Deco and Cubist style.
Each lamp is 3D-printed in premium Silk PLA plastic for a smooth, metallic-like finish, showcasing stepped, angular forms that cast dramatic light and shadow. Precision components are carefully printed, hand-assembled, and wired with a premium 8-foot rayon-covered cloth cord, inline switch, and vintage-style plug. Magnetic connections allow for effortless disassembly, making bulb replacement and maintenance easy. Three hand-wired E12 LED bulbs provide a warm, inviting glow.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Aluminum:
If your item is aluminum and has tiny horizontal striations across the surface, this means it's made of "spun" aluminum. This type of aluminum was spun on a lathe to remove material and shape it. DO NOT polish this material aggressively and always polish in the direction of the striations. NEVER machine polish or you will ruin the "spun" appearance.
Brass & Copper:
Metals like copper and brass will tarnish and change color over time. Some prefer this warm tarnished look and some prefer the very shiny appearance. Make sure if you polish to use a special metal polish designed for the material you are polishing and use a soft microfiber cloth.
Bakelite/Catalin:
Bakelite and Catalin are both types of phenolic resin. Bakelite is mostly found in solid colors like black, brown, and sometimes red. Catalin on the other hand can come in a variety of beautiful swirled translucent colors. Catalin and Bakelite, with exposure to UV light, will darken due to a natural process that forms a thin layer of phenol alcohol on the surface. To reduce the speed and intensity at which this occurs please keep Catalin and Bakelite items out of direct sunlight and other UV light sources.
3D Printed Products:
To keep your 3D-printed products in excellent condition, avoid exposure to UV light and excessive heat. Keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight, radiators, or enclosed hot spaces like cars, as prolonged heat exposure can cause warping. Handle with care, as 3D-printed parts, while durable, are not as impact-resistant as metal. To clean, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster to remove dust, and if necessary, lightly wipe with a damp cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive moisture that could damage the finish.
